Kate Gould Park

Kate Gould Park is located near the center of Town in Chatham Cape Cod. On Friday evenings during July and August the park starts to really shine since as many as 6,000 people gather for concerts.

Chase Park features a historic windmill with plenty of charcoal grills and picnic tables available for enjoying the open air. During the summer time, Chase Park is home to various events. There are also many benches for those that just want to relax and read.

Provincetown is a blast and is home to some of the best beaches in Cape Cod – Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach just to name a few.
There are amazing boutiques and restaurants for any traveler to enjoy. Plus, there many art galleries that make Provincetown have an upbeat and funky vibe.
Provincetown, is a very LGBT-friendly location as well. If you plan on making a trip during the peak seasons you may want to take a ferry or quick flight from Boston instead.
Cape Cod Rail Trail
The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs parallel to a former railroad for twenty-two miles through many Towns of Cape Cod – Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, and Wellfleet. It boasts a paved riding surface which is mostly flat, and very obvious car crossings. All these things combined make it a great and safe place for bicyclists to ride.
At the side of the bike trail there is a wide and unpaved shoulder for horseback riders, walkers, and joggers.
Cape Cod Bike Rentals
The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a beautiful trail that everyone should enjoy. The trail is paved and no motors are allowed, this is a great way for your whole family to see all that Cape Cod has to offer.
Visitors will be presented with many choices as they cruise along the trail. For instance, the trail to the backwoods of Nickerson State Park, riding by Cranberry Bogs, lovely salt marshes, or stopping by one of the many quaint Towns along the trail.
Many visitors can even avoid long lines and parking fees by riding bicycles directly to the many beaches and Towns of Cape Cod.
